## About the Role

* Formación superior en Ingeniería Informática o equivalente.
 * Experiencia mínima de 4 años liderando proyectos digitales complejos o como Desarrollador Senior en entornos transaccionales de alto tráfico (e-commerce, aplicaciones móviles).
 * Sólido dominio en el desarrollo e integración tecnológica: lenguajes de programación (React Native, Java), integración de APIs/Web Services y gestores de contenidos (Drupal).
 * Conocimientos valorables en Salesforce Commerce Cloud y despliegue de infraestructura en la nube (AWS).
 * Experiencia demostrable trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Agile/Scrum).
 * Perfil con alta capacidad analítica, resiliencia ante incidencias críticas y una interlocución fluida tanto a nivel gerencial como técnico.

## Description

Buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable TI para nuestra división de Digital & Ecommerce Global. Tu misión estratégica será garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad y escalabilidad de nuestras plataformas web y móviles transaccionales, liderando su integración con los ecosistemas de gestión de pedidos, CRM, analítica avanzada y fidelización., Como líder tecnológico del canal digital, asumirás la gobernanza completa del ciclo de vida de nuestras soluciones orientadas al consumidor final. Tu impacto directo se medirá en la optimización de las tasas de conversión, la resiliencia del checkout y la habilitación ágil de nuevos modelos comerciales de alta velocidad (entregas exprés, personalización e integraciones complejas).

 * Dirección técnica y gobernanza de las plataformas de comercio electrónico transaccionales (entornos web y mobile apps).
 * Gestión integral de proveedores tecnológicos estratégicos y equipos de desarrollo, controlando estrictamente KPIs de entrega, coste y calidad técnica.
 * Diseño, actualización e integración de la arquitectura tecnológica (APIs, Web Services, entornos Cloud AWS).
 * Interlocución de alto nivel: traducción de las necesidades del área de Negocio y Marketing Digital a especificaciones técnicas y modelos operativos de alta disponibilidad.
 * Gestión proactiva de la continuidad del negocio y liderazgo autónomo ante incidencias críticas o caídas de servicio.
