## Description

* Build Your Team: Lead the recruitment of 7 senior engineers to fill critical positions in Spain.
 * Take Technical Command: Become the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.
 * Mitigate Risks: Ensure that the Telekom migration and the stability of Stretch platform are not compromised during the transition.
 * Design the Future: Establish on-call policies, operational workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation standards., We are looking for a "Player-Coach" who commands the respect of engineers because you have been in the trenches yourself.
