You will lead and inspire our software development team and take responsibility for the further development of our cloud offering. At the same time, you act as a competent technical consultant in the pre-sales process to convince our customers of the performance of our solutions. You will actively shape the company's technical vision and make a significant contribution to MDT's sustainable growth. Your tasks in detail Technology & Leadership (approx. 70%) * Team Leadership & Mentoring: You will lead, coach and develop our software development team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. * Architecture & Strategy: You are responsible for the conception and further development of the cloud architecture (Cumulocity & AWS) and define the technological roadmap. * Project management: You plan and manage our agile development projects from requirements to successful rollout and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards. * Quality assurance: You establish and optimize processes to ensure the code quality, performance and scalability of our systems.
