## Description

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Geschäftsprozessen und trägst aktiv dazu bei unsere Systemlandschaft zukunftsfähig aufzustellen. Dabei hast Du viel Gestaltungsspielraum und kannst eigene Ideen einbringen, um unsere ERP Landschaft weiterzuentwickeln.
Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
 * Ansprechpartner für Key User sowie Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT
 * Unterstützung im ERP-Support (Incident Management, Fehleranalyse und nachhaltige Behebung)
 * Mitarbeit an ERP-Projekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen
 * Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Reports und Systemanpassungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei Bedarf
