## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verwaltung, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Praxisnahe Kenntnisse im Vergabe- und Haushaltsrecht insbesondere im Umfeld von UVgO, VgV und GWB
 * Verständnis für Lizenz- und Vertragsmodelle im Bereich On-Premises, SaaS, Cloud und Wartungsverträge

 * Verhandlungssichere und professionelle Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2 Niveau)

## Description

* Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Auswahl von Software-, Cloud- und SaaS-Lösungen
 * Planung, Steuerung und Begleitung von Vergabe- und Beschaffungsverfahren unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher Vorgaben
 * Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen sowie strukturierte Bewertung eingehender Angebote
 * Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Vertragsmanagements einschließlich Laufzeiten-, Kosten- und Compliance-Kontrolle
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und nachhaltiger Beschaffungsergebnisse
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Beschaffungsprozessen und digitalen Einkaufsstrukturen
