 * Erfahrung im Management komplexer Stakeholder-Strukturen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Entscheidungsträgern
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen AI Governance, Data Governance, Change Management oder Operating Model Design sind von Vorteil
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationskompetenz und ein sicheres Auftreten auf Management- und C-Level-Ebene
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von AI-Strategien, Transformations-Roadmaps sowie Governance- und Operating-Modellen
 * Leitung und Steuerung komplexer AI- und datengetriebener Transformationsprogramme mit Verantwortung für Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Stakeholder-Management
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von AI- und datengetriebenen Anwendungsfällen mit messbarem Business Impact
 * Begleitung von Führungskräften und Organisationen bei Veränderungsprozessen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Change-Management- und Enablement-Konzepte
 * Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops, Management-Meetings, Steering Committees und Executive-Präsentationen
 * Beratung zu AI Governance, Responsible AI sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen wie dem EU AI Act
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-, Data- und AI-Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen
 * Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Projekte, der Erstellung von Angeboten sowie dem Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios und der Positionierung von AI-Transformationsthemen im Markt (z.B. Fachvorträge)
