## About the Role

* Fundierte fachliche Grundlage: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem Bezug zu Finanz- und IT-Prozessen.
 * Tiefgehende SAP-Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in SAP PSM, SAP PSCD oder SAP FI/CO mit klarem Bezug zu öffentlichen Haushaltsprozessen. Erfahrungen im Kontext von S/4HANA-Transformationen sind ein deutlicher Vorteil.
 * Erfolgreiche Implementierungsprojekte: Sie haben SAP-Einführungen oder -Rollouts aktiv mitgestaltet und dabei Verantwortung in Konzeption, Umsetzung (inkl. Customizing bzw Implementierung) und Beratung übernommen.
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind C1-Level) sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, Projektteams und Entscheidungsträgern.
 * Moderate Reisebereitschaft: Projektbezogene Einsätze beim Kunden im Umfang von ca. 10-20 %.
