 * Monitoring der gesamten IT-Landschaft und frühzeitige Identifikation potenzieller Störungen
 * Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen sowie Einleitung nachhaltiger Lösungsmaßnahmen
 * Betreuung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur im Hinblick auf Stabilität und Sicherheit
