 * 1st, 2nd -Level Support per Telefon, Fernwartung oder Vor-Ort-Einsatz
 * Wartung und Betreuung von Hardware (insbesondere dedizierte Server & Rechenzentrum)
 * Eigenständige Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms
