## Description

Administration und Betreuung der Core Services: Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure und M365) inkl. EntraID, Intune und Security, Citrix VDI, Linux

2nd Level Support und Bearbeitung von Störungen, Service Anfragen, Problemen und Änderungen

Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern im 3rd Level Bereich

Weltweite Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports

Leitung von Technologieupgrades, Systemwechseln und IT-Projekten

Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur (IT Sicherheit, unter Berücksichtigung von Marktentwicklungen)

Sicherstellung von Datensicherungen der notwendigen Systeme

Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Planung, Auswahl und Einführung sowie Betrieb von fachspezifischen Applikationen
