 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerksicherheitstechnologien (Firewalls, Segmentierung, NAC, IDS / IPS)
 * Erfahrung mit SDN, Automatisierung, Skripting (Python, Ansible) und Infrastructure-as-Code von Vorteil
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse, ISO 27001 und Compliance-Frameworks
 * Vertrautheit mit Hybrid-Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS, VMWare)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Fähigkeit komplexe technische Konzepte an unterschiedliche Stakeholder zu vermitteln

## Description

Als Teamleitung Datacenter Network übernehmen Sie die End-to End Verantwortung für zentrale Netzwerkplattformen in den globalen Rechenzentren. Sie verbinden klassische Infrastrukturführung mit modernen Service Ownership und Product Ownership Prinzipien, um stabile, sichere und skalierbare Netzwerkservices bereitzustellen.

Sie verantworten sowohl Servicequalität, technologische Weiterentwicklung als auch wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Netzwerkplattformen und stellen sicher, dass diese als standardisierte, konsumierbare Infrastrukturservices im Data Center bereitgestellt werden.

Weitere Aufgaben:

 * End-to-End Verantwortung für die Servicequalität, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkservices
 * Definition und Pflege des Serviceportfolios und Servicekatalogs für Datacenter Networking
 * Steuerung der Services anhand von KPIs, SLAs, SLOs und Service Performance Metrics
 * Sicherstellung von Operational Excellence durch KPI-basiertes Performance Management und Service Quality Metrics

 * Verantwortung für Kapazitätsplanung, Netzwerk Performance Monitoring und Incident Management, um kontinuierliche Serviceverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen
 * Definition und Umsetzung der strategischen Roadmap für Datacenter Networking und Network Security, abgestimmt mit Enterprise Architecture und IT-Strategie
 * Bewertung neuer Technologien und Plattformen zur Verbesserung von Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Automatisierung
 * Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Investitionsplanung für Datacenter Netzwerkservices
