## About the Role

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandel) oder etwas Vergleichbares

 - Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung - idealerweise aus dem Pharma- oder Gesundheitsumfeld, aber kein Muss

 - Idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse (SD) - und Lust, Dich zum Key User zu entwickeln

 - Sicherheit im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (HubSpot ist ein Plus) und MS Office

 - Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch

 - Und vor allem: Kommunikationsstärke, Struktur und Lust, mitzugestalten

## Description

Du kommunizierst eigenständig mit Kunden bei Anfragen - nimmst den ersten Kontakt auf, klärst das Anliegen und leitest an die richtigen Vertriebskolleg:innen weiter

 - Du erstellst Angebote und behältst sie im Blick

 - Du pflegst SAP SD: legst Kunden an, erfasst Aufträge, fakturierst Rechnungen

 - Du hältst unser CRM (HubSpot) sauber und aktuell, Du wächst mit uns. Diese Stelle ist bewusst mit Entwicklungspotenzial angelegt - in Richtung Vertrieb/Key Account, Systeme & Prozesse, CRM & Marketing oder Projektverantwortung. Wohin es geht, entscheidest Du gemeinsam mit uns.
