Deine Arbeit hat direkten Impact auf Prozesse bei Kund:innen aus Industrie, Dienstleistung und Verwaltung., * Berätst Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung von Kollaborations- und Cloud-Lösungen wie Microsoft 365 und ähnlichen Plattformen

 * Analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und erstellst pragmatische Umsetzungskonzepte
 * Implementierst und konfigurierst Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen (z. B. ELO, M-Files) gemeinsam im Team
 * Unterstützt die Integration von ERP-Grundfunktionen und passt Systeme an betriebliche Anforderungen an
 * Betreust Anwender:innen und übernimmst First-/Second-Level-Support
 * Erstellst Projektdokumentationen, Testfälle und begleitest Abnahmeaktivitäten
