## Description

* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 2nd Level Support
 * Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports sowie Eskalation komplexer Incidents an nachgelagerte Einheiten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Hard- und Software (Clients, Peripherie, mobile Devices)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Umgebung (insbesondere Microsoft 365)
 * Pflege und Verwaltung von IT-Assets sowie Unterstützung im Lizenzmanagement
 * Mitwirkung beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern (User-Setup, Rechtevergabe etc.)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Knowledge Base Artikeln und User-Guides
