## About the Role

Du studierst (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung und hast mindestens drei Semester deines Bachelorstudiums abgeschlossen. Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, aqua oder Microsoft 365 gesammelt und interessierst dich für agile Softwareentwicklung. Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert und bringst eine analytische Denkweise mit. Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2). Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Überzeugungskraft aus.

## Description

Du unterstützt unser cross-funktionales agiles Team bei der Umsetzung von Projekten für unseren Verbundpartner DZ Bank und erhältst praxisnahe Einblicke in agile Liefermodelle. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Squad Owner zusammen, gestaltest Refinements, Roadmaps, Use Cases und unterstützt bei der Pflege des Product Backlogs. Du visualisierst den Lieferfortschritt des Squads, unterstützt bei der Sprintplanung und hilfst dabei, qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu sichern. Du förderst die Selbstorganisation und Feedbackkultur des Teams, organisierst und moderierst regelmäßig Retrospektiven. Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit anderen Scrum Mastern und dem Scrum of Scrum Master aus, um Methoden, Prozesse und die Team-Effektivität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
