 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz, belastbar und lösungsorientiert.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen/Kundenterminen.

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung mehrerer IT-Kundenprojekte von Start bis Abschluss (Zeit, Budget, Qualität, Ressourcen).
 * Koordination aller internen/externen Beteiligten, enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Vertrieb, Consulting und Technik.
 * Vorbereitung/Moderation von Workshops, Meetings und Statusrunden; Aufbereitung und Präsentation komplexer Inhalte.
 * Risikomanagement inkl. Eskalationssteuerung, Maßnahmenverfolgung und wirtschaftlicher Projektkontrolle.
 * Sicherstellung vollständiger Projektdokumentation sowie strukturierter Projektabschlüsse mit Lessons Learned.
 * Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung einheitlicher Projektmanagement-Standards.
