You'll replace manual processes with automated PXE-based deployment and configuration management, and support our onsite Installation Engineers by keeping systems deployment-ready and fleet health strong. You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to define how we deploy and operate hardware at scale. What you'll do * Own and develop PXE-based provisioning pipelines; automate configuration, testing, and deployment for Linux edge devices * Manage the operational lifecycle of the deployed fleet, including monitoring, patching, and remote diagnostics * Support Installation Engineers with fully prepared equipment, clear documentation, and remote troubleshooting * Manage secure network configurations (routing, VPN, firewalls) for distributed customer environments * Define standards for fleet maintenance, reliability, and automated tooling, An increasing benefits list: currently includes Urban Sports club and quarterly team retreats.
