## About the Role

+ Experience using Micro sof t Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint

 + Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine

 + Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time

 + Secret clearance

 + Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military, or 10+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:

 + Experience as an exercise coordi nato r

 + Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

 + Experience serving in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level

 + Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )

 + Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program ( MCTP )

 + Master's degree
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

## Description

What You'll Work On:

 + Oversee exercise support, consisting of exercise coordi nato rs, ARCHER analysts, and Simulation Control Plan ( SCP ) and Exercise Support Manning and Equipment Document ( ESMED ) developers.

 + Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies .

 + Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List ( CDRL ) requirements are submitted on-time and that they meet or exceed standards.

 + Deploy forward during training events and fill the role of an exercise coordi nato r at forward sites.

 + Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings.

 + Provide guidance to the team on development, performance, and productivity issues.

 + Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals.

 + Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity.
