Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. Equal opportunities and Social Governance ## Description + Perform routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products. Perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test. + Assist on-the-job training to the internal technician in routine operation, installation, and troubleshooting of assigned products. Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software. + Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team and multi-national and multi-language teams. + Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and Status Reporting with supervision. Input data to the QA / QC check sheet, create a report, and submit it to the Installation Site Manager. + Attend daily field meetings. Work with minimum supervision, as needed, and recommend technical solutions/resolutions to engineering groups. + Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements. Make continuing visual and audible observations of the machines to detect any abnormalities.
