## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a master's degree with 6+ years of experience in one of these areas: systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering or related field.\n
 * Must be a US Citizen.\n
 * Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS.\n
 * Experience working in a SIL environment.\n
 * Experience with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagicDraw.\n
 * Strong desire to grow and learn new technologies.\n
 * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally from informal one-on-one discussions or in a small group environment.\n
 * Ability to work within a dynamic work environment, ability to handle multiple tasks at once (multi-task).\n, * Active TS clearance.\n
 * Familiar with Agile Methodologies, preferably SCRUM or Kanban.\n
 * Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.\n
 * OCSMP (OMG Certification for Systems Modeling Professionals)\n
 * Experience with executable SysML simulation capabilities and scripting languages.\n
 * Experience with MBSE methodologies such as Magicgrid.\n
 * Understanding of military CONOPS.\n
 * Experience leading other systems engineers.\n
