Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain., * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * 8 years of experience in technical program management.

Preferred qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
 * Experience leading programs for non-linear cloud expansion while maintaining a positive customer experience.
 * Experience in hyperscale infrastructure deployment across AI and cloud platforms and services.
 * Knowledge of practical AI fluency to leverage models and tools for building automated agents and workflow skills.
 * Excellent business acumen and formal process design skills, using data modeling and analytics to drive and measure improvements.

## Description

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs., * Identify opportunities to improve scale and speed of cloud expansion by 15, advocate and procure investment decisions, drive such programs with large cross-functional effort.

 * Utilize an accurate/up to date view of the status, risk, and outlook of the program portfolio and institute systematic ways to manage risks and drive program success.
 * Partner closely and influence product and engineering senior leadership to meet business objectives.
 * Orchestrate across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
 * Resolve escalations and escalate further as required.
