You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and explaining technical concepts in a clear and engaging way. Essential Skills & Experience: * Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related subject OR equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or similar role. * Strong experience with: Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL * Experience developing reports from relational, transactional or data warehouse environments. * Excellent understanding of data transformation, modelling and reporting principles. * Experience using data to drive service improvement and operational performance. * Basic knowledge of Data Warehousing * Understanding of GDPR and data governance best practice. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Working closely with stakeholders across the charity, you'll gather requirements, develop innovative reporting solutions, and deliver high-quality analysis that influences decision-making at every level. You'll also help shape our evolving data architecture and ensure our reporting environment remains robust, secure, and fit for the future.
