* Previous experience working within a secondary school
 * Strong working knowledge of SIMS
 * Experience managing examinations and student data systems
 * Excellent organisational and administrative skills
 * Ability to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
 * Strong analytical and communication skills
 * Fully vetted with all safeguarding and compliance checks completed
 * Available to work full-time from 2 September

## Description

The school serves a diverse community and prides itself on maintaining high standards across both academic and pastoral provision.
Duties as a Data and Exams Manager:

 * Managing all internal and external examinations
 * Coordinating exam entries, timetables, access arrangements, and results processing
 * Maintaining and developing the school's data management systems
 * Producing accurate student performance and attainment reports
 * Managing census returns and statutory data submissions
 * Supporting senior leaders with analysis of assessment and progress data
 * Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and examination procedures
 * Working closely with teaching staff, leadership teams, and external agencies
