Proven experience in support or administrative roles, preferably within a multilingual environment. Fluency in English, Mandarin, Bulgarian, and German, with high-level language certifications in all four. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and translation tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ, etc.) is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Cross-cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including to China, Bulgaria, and European countries. Positive, proactive attitude and a team player. ## Description Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for languages and international support? We are looking for a Multilingual Business Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your multilingual skills to facilitate communication, support business operations, and provide vital translation and interpretation services across our global offices. The role involves international travel to China, Bulgaria, and other European countries, supporting our Director and key stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist with personal and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations., Provide accurate, timely translation of documents, correspondence, and communications in English, Mandarin, Bulgarian, and German. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls involving diverse, multilingual participants. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business activities. Act as a cultural liaison to foster clear understanding across international teams and stakeholders. Maintain and update translation databases and glossaries. Support customer service and client communication in multiple languages. Travel internationally to China, Bulgaria, and other European countries to support the Director and facilitate onsite translation and interpretation. Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel. Prepare and organize briefing materials, documents, and correspondence. Liaise with external contacts and handle incoming communications on behalf of the Director. Perform personal assistant duties such as errands, event planning, and other administrative support. Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows involving multilingual content. Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all activities.
