## About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and systems-oriented CEO to build and scale this subsidiary from launch, based on their previous knowledge of White-Label software.

You will ideally have experience in:

· Revenue generation through agency partnerships

· Operational efficiency and margin control

· Scalable execution systems

· High-volume, repeatable delivery, · Experience scaling or operating within software development agencies, digital delivery businesses, technical outsourcing or white-label environments.

· Strong ability to build commercial and partnerships.

· Proven experience managing delivery teams or technical projects.

· Operational discipline and systems thinking.

This is an opportunity to build a powerful development machine with potentially huge valuation upsides.

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

## Description

Strategic Leadership

· Define and execute the commercial and operational strategy for this subsidiary.

· Build a model optimised for scale, repeatability, and margin

Partnership Acquisition

· Lead acquisition of core partner segments i.e. web and design agencies, product and digital studios, freelancers and small commercial teams. Building long-term, embedded partner relationships (not one-off projects).

· Structuring commercial agreements including per-project pricing, retainers, volume agreements, overflow capacity models and own revenue growth and pipeline consistency.

Operational Delivery

· Build and optimise a high-efficiency delivery engine across Web builds, MVP software, Mobile applications, Integrations and lightweight platforms.

· Produce Partner-defined specifications.

· Implement scalable processes for project intake and scoping, resource allocation, QA and delivery standards.

Technical-Commercial Alignment

· Maintain strong alignment between delivery teams and commercial commitments.

· Ensure feasibility, timelines, and cost structures are realistic and controlled.

· Protect margins through disciplined scope management.

Team & Delivery Model Leadership

· Build and oversee a flexible delivery model - initial freelance / contractor pods, gradual introduction of core in-house capability whilst maintaining high standards across technical execution and delivery.

Operational / Financial

· Manage Project margins, Resource utilisation, and Cost structures.

· Design systems for repeatable delivery, forecastable revenue, scalability and monitor/resolve delivery bottlenecks.

Year 1 Focus

· Establish 3-5 core agency/studio partnerships

· Build a reliable delivery engine

· Achieve consistent monthly revenue

· Validate pricing, margins, and operational model

· Create repeatable delivery workflows
