You'll be confident working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and have a strong understanding of BIM processes, Digital Engineering standards and project delivery., * Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline. * Industry-recognised BIM or Digital Engineering qualification, accreditation or equivalent structured training. * Experience coordinating Digital Engineering activities across multidisciplinary project teams. * Strong working knowledge of industry-standard BIM and Digital Engineering software. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Desirable * Chartered status, or actively working towards professional chartership. * Experience using BIMcollab. * Experience with CM Builder. * Experience using 4D construction sequencing software such as Synchro. * Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI. We're looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team, supporting the successful delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. As a Senior Digital Engineer, you'll play a key role in implementing Digital Engineering strategies across the full project lifecycle-from bid and pre-construction through construction, commissioning, handover and into operation and maintenance. Working alongside project teams, designers, supply chain partners and clients, you'll help drive innovation, collaboration and digital best practice while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Engineering professional looking to work on complex, high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role Reporting to the Lead Digital Engineer, you'll provide technical expertise and practical support to project teams, ensuring Digital Engineering processes and BIM standards are successfully implemented throughout project delivery.
