Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level Power BI reports, dashboards and datasets that support informed decision-making. You'll translate business requirements into robust analytical solutions while ensuring data models are scalable, high-performing and aligned with best practice.Experience with modern Microsoft data technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.Build and optimise data models using industry best practices, including star schema design.Develop and maintain DAX measures, calculated columns and reusable datasets.Ensure reporting solutions are performant, scalable and governed appropriately.Integrate data from multiple enterprise sources including SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, APIs and data lakes.Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights.Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and documentation.Support continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and analytics across the organisation.
