Job DescriptionWorking within a cutting-edge R&D environment, the Test Engineer will play a central role in validating advanced hardware systems across challenging operating conditions.This role focuses on designing and executing test programmes across a diverse hardware stack, supporting the development of robust, high-performance systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure products meet rigorous reliability, safety and environmental standards.The Test Engineer will be responsible for:Designing and operating bespoke test setups for a range of hardware systems.Executing structural, thermal, vibration and fatigue testing aligned to internal and industry standards.Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as environmental chambers, vibration tables and data acquisition systems.Analysing test data and translating results into clear design improvements and recommendations.Supporting the development and setup of internal testing facilities and
