## Description

Optronix provides data centre operations and services to clients across the UK and beyond. We're looking for a Data Centre Operations Technician to help manage our DCIM environment and ticket queue. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in any location.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update DCIM records - assets, capacity, power, and connectivity dataManage the incident and service request queue: triage, track, and resolve tickets to SLAIdentify recurring issues and escalate as neededSupport asset moves, adds, and changes across client environmentsKeep documentation accurate and current
