## About the Role

You'll combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, engage and coach others. You'll bring

 * Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and semantic modelling
 * Knowledge of Power BI best practice, governance, workspace management and user-centred dashboard design
 * Experience supporting reporting transformation, change initiatives or platform migrations
 * The ability to translate business needs into meaningful data and insight solutions
 * Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching skills
 * Experience designing and delivering training, learning materials or capability-building initiatives

## Description

As Data Intelligence Partner, you'll help shape how data is used across YBS by -

 * Driving adoption of Power BI and our self-serve analytics strategy.
 * Supporting the migration from legacy reporting tools to our modern enterprise data platform.
 * Delivering the Data Academy and building data capability across the organisation.
 * Designing and developing high-quality dashboards, reporting solutions and semantic models.
 * Embedding consistent reporting, governance and MI standards.
 * Acting as the link between business teams and Data & AI to turn business challenges into actionable insight
