You should have: * Experience repairing Windows PCs and laptops. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Apple macOS. * Experience diagnosing hardware faults and replacing components. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience removing malware and improving system performance. * Knowledge of printers, peripherals and networking. * Previous experience in an IT support, workshop or helpdesk environment. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain English. * A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach. * A full UK driving licence., * Loves solving technical problems. * Takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs. * Enjoys working directly with customers. * Is organised, reliable and self-motivated. * Communicates clearly and professionally. * Works well both independently and as part of a team. * Is keen to learn new technologies and continually develop your skills. Ready to Join Us? ## Description We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Workshop Technician to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll diagnose, repair and configure a wide range of IT equipment and consumer technology while delivering exceptional service to private customers and small businesses. From repairing laptops and Apple devices to building new PCs, removing malware, supporting customers at our retail counter and providing technical advice, no two days are the same.
