Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun., * 5+ years of experience in financial services industry, as a product owner, preferably in back-office securities operations, broker-dealer operations or in other relevant Fintech firms. * Proven experience with different European and North American market infrastructures and facilities with a focus on securities processing back-office functions. e.g. Euroclear Bank, CREST, SIX SIS, Clearstream, DTC, CDS, NSCC, FICC, BONY, FED. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of the securities industry flows in equities and fixed income, especially around SWIFT MT/MX messaging in the context of clearing and settlement. * Knowledge and practice of Agile Methodology. * Demonstrated ability to manage and influence teams in terms of work priorities. * Ability to see and understand the "big picture" and to translate strategic business objectives into tactical steps. * Proven ability to research, analyze and generate scope and business requirements documents. * Strong presentation and product demonstration skills. * Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities whilst adhering to deadlines. * Must be responsible, dedicated, self-motivated and dependable. * Experience in interacting with Clients, upper management and senior leadership. * Strong interpersonal skills. Bonus if you have * Knowledge of FIS Securities Processing operations. * Knowledge of other domain areas e.g. Cash management, Collateral management, Securities financing or Corporate Actions. * General understanding of user experience constructs. * Knowledge of additional messaging protocols including FIX, Bloomberg XML. * Knowledge of Central counterparty flows and processes. * Knowledge of Asian Settlement flows. ## Description The FIS Securities Processing division has an extensive roadmap for changes to its Clearing and Settlement functions, including adoption of industry initiatives, major product enhancements across different regions, and ongoing maintenance of current features., You will work closely with the scrum team to deliver the product vision on time and to the required quality standards.
