## About the Role

* Experience managing large-scale change programmes within a people, HR or transformation environment, particularly involving TUPE and employee relations law
 * Strong project management skills, with the ability to identify key risks, manage multiple priorities and deliver commercial solutions in collaboration with the business.
 * Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels of the business.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
 * Experience using data analysis to influence decisions, with knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP HR, SuccessFactors or another recognised HR database being beneficial., * CIPD qualification or Employment Law qualification is desirable.
 * Understanding of Six Sigma methodology would be beneficial., * The opportunity to play a key role in delivering people change programmes across a leading UK facilities management and professional services business.

## Description

* Work closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner to deliver a best-in-class service, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
 * Own the delivery of people change management across the business, including TUPE, reorganisations, T&C changes, integration and M&A activity.
 * Manage and deliver large-scale change programmes, ensuring project plans provide clear visibility of tasks, risks and ownership for stakeholders.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear two-way communication and high visibility of all change projects.
 * Provide commercial, pragmatic and technically sound employment law advice, coaching and influencing stakeholders to make decisions in line with current legislation.
