Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones and mobile devices. Take ownership of helpdesk tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Support the delivery of key IT projects across the business.What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years' IT support experience. Windows 11. Microsoft Intune, Azure and Microsoft 365. Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS. Network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi and VPNs. iOS and Android device management. VoIP telephony systems. Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or a similar ITSM/helpdesk platform.Desirable Skills HCL Notes/Domino. Windows Server 2019 and later Endpoint security deployment and management. VMware and Hyper-V. MacOS.
