Now looking to appoint an experienced UX Designer to creating impactful and accessible digital experiences. I'm looking for a UX professional who is enjoys solving complex challenges and have a willingness to embrace change (AI), explore emerging tools, and continuously expand your skills and knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to make a real contribution within a growing retailer where user experience is becoming increasingly central to the digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: Drive the end-to-end UX design process for both web and mobile products, from initial research and discovery through to final delivery.Produce user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and other UX artefacts to communicate design solutions effectively.Partner with development teams throughout implementation to ensure designs are delivered accurately and maintain a high-quality user experience.Review user insights, analytics, and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for enhancing usability and driving continuous improvement.Champion user-centred design practices and promote a customer-focused approach across the business.Support the ongoing development and refinement of the design system, UX standards, and best practices.Lead or contribute to workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions to gather feedback and align stakeholders. Skills & Experience I'm looking for: Proven experience working in as a Midweight UX Designer previously.
