## Description

* Bereitstellung vom 1st und 2nd Level Client Support im Onsite Team
 * Entgegennahme von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
 * Betreuung von Standard-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows und Mac)
 * Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Verwaltung von technischem Equipment
 * Pflege und Kontrolle des Bestands, inklusive Inventarisierung und Dokumentation
 * Zusammenarbeit mit 1st und 3rd Level Client Support Teams, * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
