* Completed IT qualification, degree, or equivalent experience in a comparable role.
 * Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in system administration and full IT infrastructure operations.
 * Solid understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
 * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
 * Structured, solution-focused approach with a strong service mindset.
 * Excellent communication skills and fluency in German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

 * Manage and optimise a hybrid server environment (Windows and Linux).
 * Develop and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
 * Monitor and secure network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and enforce security and compliance policies.
 * Contribute to IT projects, technology rollouts, and the automation of recurring processes.
 * Ensure stable application operations, resolve complex IT incidents, and manage external service providers.
 * Maintain and structure system and operational documentation.
 * Support adherence to data protection and ISO-related requirements.
