## Description

* Betrieb, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der europäischen Netzwerkinfrastruktur zur Sicherstellung eines sicheren, stabilen und hochverfügbaren Netzwerkbetriebs
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Konfiguration, Administration und Fehleranalyse von Routing-, Switching-, Firewall- und WLAN-Technologien
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Netzwerkänderungen, Upgrades sowie Infrastrukturprojekten innerhalb Europas
 * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Netzwerkperformance, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit gemäß internen Standards
 * Betreuung von Enterprise- und Data-Center-Netzwerkumgebungen einschließlich physischer und virtueller Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Einhaltung von Change-Management- und Compliance-Prozessen
