* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

 * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten innerhalb der Servicezeiten

* IT-technische und organisatorische Betreuung, Beratung und Schulung der Vorstandsbereiche
 * Bereitstellung passender IT-Lösungen für spezifische Anforderungen im Vorstandsumfeld
 * Betreuung und Organisation von Telefon- und Videokonferenzen sowie externen Vorstandsveranstaltungen
 * Aktive Steuerung des Incident Managements
 * Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung für Support- und Serviceprozesse
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Übernahme von Teilprojekt- oder Projektverantwortung
