 * Mitwirken bei Konfigurationen und Implementierungen weiterer HR-Funktionsbausteine innerhalb des SAP-Umfelds
 * Analysieren und Optimieren von fachlichen Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Fachbereichen
 * Planen und Durchführen von Tests sowie Begleiten von Releases und Systemanpassungen
 * Fehler analysieren und zeitnah beheben sowie operative Anfragen der Anwender beantworten
 * Unterstützen der Integration zwischen HR-Systemen und weiteren SAP-Komponenten
 * Dokumentieren von Änderungen und Erstellen von Anwendungsdokumentationen
