## Description

* Unterstützen beim Betrieb und der Verwaltung von Systemumgebungen auf Basis von Windows und Virtualisierungstechnologien
 * Mitwirken bei Konfiguration und Pflege von Collaboration- und Cloud-bezogenen Diensten wie Microsoft 365 und ähnlichen Plattformen
 * Bearbeiten von Störungsfällen im Second- und Third-Level-Support und dokumentieren von Lösungswegen
 * Mitgestalten von Maßnahmen zur Absicherung der IT und Umsetzen grundlegender Firewall- und Netzwerkkonfigurationen
 * Installieren und einrichten von Hardware- und Storage-Komponenten in Abstimmung mit dem Team
 * Teilnehmen an internen IT-Projekten und Erstellen einfacher Projektdokumentationen
 * Abstimmen mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern zur Optimierung von Prozessen
