Tasks Release ownership * Build and maintain release plans covering scope, milestones, go/no-go criteria, and cross-team dependencies * Manage release schedules, track readiness across teams, and surface risks before they block delivery * Own the execution of the Emergency Release (hotfix) process, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, release validation and ensuring full traceability of hotfix deployments * Maintain complete traceability of deliverables to meet regulatory requirements (IVDR, ISO 13485) * Current release cadence: 3 IVDR release per year, one Release candidate per month.
