## Description

Résumé du poste Dans le cadre de la croissance de nos projets digitaux et de l'évolution de nos outils informatiques, la Fondation ARKHEIN recherche un(e) alternant(e) en informatique. En collaboration avec notre direction opérationnelle et nos chefs de projet, vous contribuerez activement à la maintenance de notre parc informatique, à l'amélioration de nos systèmes et à la digitalisation de nos activités solidaires et éducatives. Vos missions incluront notamment : - Assurer le support informatique auprès des équipes : diagnostic, résolution des pannes matérielles/logicielles, configuration des postes, etc. - Participer à l'inventaire et gestion du parc informatique (postes, imprimantes, réseaux, mises à jour). - Contribuer au développement d'outils internes (automatisations, bases de données, mini-applications selon compétences). - Collaborer à l'optimisation de notre environnement numérique : sécurité des données, bonnes pratiques, sauvegardes. - Participer à
l'accompagnement numérique des bénévoles et des personnes accompagnées (sensibilisation à l'usage des outils). - Aider à la gestion de projets IT (CRM, refonte de site, intégration de solutions libres, Cloud, ). - Assurer la veille technologique pour proposer des améliorations continues, notamment dans une logique éthique et durable.
