## Description

Commande de numéros de téléphonie auprès des opérateurs

 - Suivi et pilotage des mises en production (activation, portabilité, routage)
 - Gestion des commandes de prestations via les plateformes dédiées (notamment Odigo)
 - Suivi des incidents et demandes liées aux services ToIP / VoIP
 - Coordination avec les opérateurs télécoms
 - Mise à jour et suivi des référentiels techniques

Support & exploitation

 - Support sur les infrastructures SBC (Session Border Controller)
 - Analyse de premier niveau des flux SIP / VoIP
 - Participation au maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO)
 - Contribution à l'amélioration continue des processus d'exploitation
