Assurer l'administration et l'exploitation quotidienne de la plateforme Avaya Garantir le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) de l'infrastructure de téléphonie. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau avancé. Réaliser les demandes de changements, les opérations de maintenance et les évolutions techniques. Participer à l'optimisation des performances et à la disponibilité de la plateforme. Assurer le suivi des incidents et des demandes dans le respect des engagements de service. Collaborer avec les équipes techniques internes ainsi qu'avec les différents interlocuteurs du client. Participer à la documentation technique et aux procédures d'exploitation. Expérience confirmée dans l'administration et l'exploitation d'environnements Avaya Aura. Autonome sur les activités d'administration, de support et de maintien en conditions opérationnelles. Expérience des environnements techniques exigeants et les infrastructures critiques.
