Maintain stability of the production environment. * Provide advanced production support and assistance to development staff in troubleshooting application issues with respect to the use of FIX, SWIFT and Linux. Perform root cause analysis. * Provide immediate support for production Appia, QuickFIX or SWIFT Alliance implementations. * Participate in weekend on-call support rotations. * Provide support for weekend implementations and Disaster Recovery tests. * Manage patching, upgrades and other various infrastructure operations on FIX or SWIFT servers. * Create and maintain clearly detailed system documentation and diagrams to be used as job aids and knowledge transfer material. P * Analyze system performance and capacity statistics.
