 * Begleitung digitaler Bestellprozesse inkl. nachgelagerter Belege
 * 1st-Level-Support für unsere digital angebundenen Kunden
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unseres Online-Portals (Funktionen & Usability) auf Basis von Kundenfeedback
 * Pflege kaufmännischer Produktstammdaten und Preisanpassungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
 * Anlage und Verwaltung von Kundenaccounts sowie Konditionen
 * Abstimmung und Briefing unserer IT bei systemseitigen Anpassungen
