 * Aufbau eines IT-Multiprojektmanagements im Einklang mit dem VEGA-weiten Project Management Office
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Zeit-, Ressourcen-, Meilenstein- und Kostenplänen
 * Steuerung und Überwachung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsanforderungen
 * Moderation von Projektmeetings und Lenkungsausschüssen
 * Kommunikation mit Kunden, Stakeholdern und Projektteams
 * Erstellung von Statusberichten und Präsentationen für IT-Leitung, Lenkungskreise und die Geschäftsführung
