What we are looking for A pragmatic and business-oriented IT leader capable of combining: * Regulatory rigor; * Strong infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity expertise; * Effective management of globally distributed technology environments; * Leadership of a lean international IT organization supported by external service providers; * Vendor and outsourcing governance; * Cost discipline; * And the ability to ensure that strategic decisions are successfully implemented across a multi-office, international organization operating across three continents with a hybrid workforce. ## Description We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Manager (m/f/d) to lead the technology, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and IT governance activities of a global PE Firm operating under the supervision of regulators such as CSSF, BaFin and other authorities. The successful candidate will ensure that the technology environment remains secure, resilient, compliant and cost-efficient while supporting the firm's continued growth and international development. The Firm operates across five offices located on three continents and supports a hybrid workforce. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with a pragmatic and hands-on approach within a lean organizational structure. The successful candidate will oversee a relatively small international IT function while coordinating external service providers and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable and efficient services across the Firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the Firm's cloud strategy, cybersecurity framework, operational resilience capabilities and technology governance model in an increasingly regulated environment.
