## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet sowie mind. fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung mit Python
 * Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Backend-Systemen und REST APIs - idealerweise mit FastAPI - mit
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit LLM-basierten Anwendungen, RAG-Systemen oder agentischen Workflows und kennst moderne AI-Frameworks wie LlamaIndex, LangChain, PydanticAI oder vergleichbare Technologien
 * Du legst Wert auf sauberen, wartbaren und produktionsreifen Code und bringst Dich aktiv in Code Reviews sowie technische Diskussionen ein
 * Du arbeitest zudem selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in unseren Teams

Ein Plus, aber kein Muss:

 * Erfahrung mit Automationsplattformen wie n8n
 * Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure oder Azure AI Services
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD- und DevOps-Prozessen
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Vektordatenbanken

 * Du entwickelst produktive, AI-gestützte Anwendungen und Automationslösungen mit Python
 * Du konzipierst und implementierst RAG-Systeme sowie agentische Workflows
 * Du entwickelst Backend-Services und REST APIs, unter anderem mit FastAPI
 * Du arbeitest mit Large Language Models, Embedding-Modellen und modernen Agent-Frameworks
 * Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die Qualität, Sicherheit und Nachvollziehbarkeit unserer AI-Anwendungen sicher
 * Du bringst Dich durch Code Reviews und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Software ein
